We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In the event of termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and no compensation or refund will be provided for any remaining premium time or features.

4. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post on your choppa.lol profile. We prohibit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content or profile that we deem inappropriate without warning.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. choppa.lol makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, functionality, or reliability of the Service.

6. Support

We do not provide email support. All support requests must be handled exclusively through our official Discord Support Server.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
